1 Hour Session: $40 (at Snap Fitness)
1 Hour Session: $50 (at your gym)
10 Hourly Sessions/Progress Tracking: $350
20 Hourly Sessions/Progress Tracking: $650
1/2 Hour Session: $25
Hour session for small Group (2 or 3): Negotiable
10 Personalized Workouts/Review/Progress Tracking: $150
To help ensure your safety and health. This will be offered only when I am sure you have a good understanding of basic exercises and good form.
Work, errands, family, honey-to-do lists - can quickly whisk away time. A workout has to fit with your busy schedule! Weekday and evening appointments are available.
You will be charged for a session unless you provide me 12 hours
