I am committed to helping individuals meet fitness goals by designing successful personalized training programs. I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I started running in college at Miami University to lose the “freshman 15”. I was hooked -- I ran every day for a year, I ran through two pregnancies (up to two weeks before my son was born), I ran local races, I traveled to run races. Then, in 2007, I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee to repair a torn meniscus. That’s when they discovered arthritis in my knee. I needed a new outlet for my need to exercise, so I turned to biking. I enjoy long group rides on the open road as well as racing a time trial. I competed in the 2017 National Senior Games Time Trials in Birmingham AL and finished with a bronze medal in the 10K and a silver medal in the 5K.

After retiring from Procter and Gamble after 34 years, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into my next career. I studied to become an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I am a certified Spinning® Instructor. I am CPR and AED certified.  I train out of Snap Fitness WestCincinnati West (6701 Ruwes Oak Dr. 45248 http://www.snapfitness.com/cincinnatiwest )

I promise to design personalized programs to help you set and achieve realistic fitness goals. I will guide you through safe and effective exercises and ensure you are using proper form.
